Habitat homes are not given away. The homes are sold to qualified homebuyers with a no-profit mortgage.
The family or individual applying must demonstrate steady income and meet credit requirements.

- Self-Employment (3 year history requirement, provide a 3-year Tax Return and P&L statement)
