He enjoys most of his free time with his kids, enjoying an energetic game of football and frequent family movie nights to spend more time together. Ben is committed to providing stability and opportunity for his children and he is motivated to successfully purchase a Habitat home for his family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ben\u2019s sister is a Habitat Homeowner and encouraged him to apply for Habitat Seminole-Apopka\u2019s Homebuyer Program. After diligently working on his personal finances, participating in Habitat\u2019s Financial Academy, paying off debt, improving his credit score, and preparing himself for homeownership, Ben was accepted into the homebuyer program ready to build a more sustainable future for him and his family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In hopes of regulating his finances and saving money to purchase a forever home, Ben and his two sons moved into a two-bedroom mobile home with his siblings. Ben reflects on the living situation, saying, \u201cWhile we are grateful to have a place to live, the limited space has created an overcrowded and challenging living environment.
