After a day of advising clients on the best cruises and tours to take, Mariah returns home to her 13-year-old daughter to curl up on the couch for a movie night. On weekends, the two enjoy going to the beach, and Mariah also spends time with friends and reads to nursing home residents in her spare time. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mariah says she believes her prayers for the opportunity to buy a home were answered when she saw information included in an email sent out by her employer, leading her to learn more about Habitat Seminole-Apopka\u2019s homebuying program and apply to become a future homebuyer. She looks forward to being the first homeowner in her family, saying, \u201cGrowing up, all I heard about was the American Dream. Now at thirty-five, I\u2019ve yet to experience that life.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n
This opportunity is also motivating Mariah to pursue a promotion which requires a home office, something her current living situation doesn\u2019t allow. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
