Learn all about the inner workings of a home and important things to take note of as a homeowner. • Locating the circuit breakers (Turning on and off). • Turning off and on all water valves (sinks and toilets). • Plumbing: Proper items to flush or put down the drain. How to use a plunger. How to install a toilet repair kit. • Rinsing the AC overflow with bleach or vinegar & water. • A/C Maintenance - changing your filter and clearing the condensation line.
