I’ve learned lasting life lessons here
My three years at Habitat for Humanity have taught me many life lessons: Most importantly, what it means to have stability, whether that is in housing, employment/income or positive support. The number of people in our own community who live without one — let alone all three — of these things is astounding. Without support, these people can be largely invisible, bearing scars only few can see.
Our mission is to support and give individuals and families the necessary tools to live at a comfort level that everyone deserves. We truly are changing lives by working with struggling families to provide their forever homes.
Personal space: I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, decorating, and the beach.
