Alisa Adams

Construction Manager

Alisa Adams serves as the Habitat for Humanity Seminole-Apopka Director of Construction. As an experienced professional in residential and commercial construction management with a specialization in land development for affordable housing, Alisa brings expertise into helping others find locations to develop affordable housing projects and then successfully guides and maneuvers those projects into active construction. Prior to joining the Habitat for Humanity team, Alisa worked as an Operations Manager at a General Contracting organization, and as a production Manager at a Construction Products organization.

Alisa attended the University of Central Florida studying Business Administration and General Management. Alisa’s experience is taking raw land, determining utility availability, highest and best use, and unit yield. Working with design professionals and municipalities to receive project approval and necessary permits to begin construction, she partners with subcontractors and vendors to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
