Madilynn Pierre helps lead the coordination and execution of Habitat’s residential construction projects. She oversees scheduling, subcontractor management, inspections, contract preparation, and project documentation, ensuring each build meets quality, safety, and compliance standards. Madilynn also manages the affiliate’s construction management platform, RedTeam Flex, to support efficient communication between field crews, office staff, and partners. Her proactive approach and effective communication skills make her a key contributor to Habitat’s construction team in their mission to deliver affordable, high-quality homes across Central Florida.
Madilynn is currently pursuing her Associates of Science in Construction Management at Seminole State College. She is committed to growing as a construction industry professional, while making a meaningful impact in her community.
