Ed Schrank joined Habitat for Humanity Seminole-Apopka’s team in November 2025. As Senior Project Manager, Ed is responsible for overseeing the vertical development of Habitat’s properties. Ed works closely with Habitat’s construction team to ensure projects are executed smoothly and the organization’s real estate development goals are met efficiently.
Ed has a long-standing career with over 40 years of experience in real estate development and project management. He has held various executive leadership roles, spearheading and supervising numerous projects with success. After decades of experience, Ed has proven himself to be an expert budgeter, a construction and development specialist, a skilled client and business manager, and an inspirational team leader.
