As a family support specialist for a nonprofit organization focusing on providing early childhood education and care services, Ashley understands the importance of a strong home. She works towards homeownership with the intention to lay groundwork for a secure future where she can one day grow her family.

For the last five years, Ashley has resided in an apartment where she has endured severe pest infestations, mold, and water leaks causing hazardous structural damage. Additionally, the landlord has raised rent prices as frequently as every six months, causing consistent financial stress. Reflecting on these living conditions, Ashley shared that this environment has “taken away the sense of comfort a home is supposed to bring.”
Ashley hopes to find security in homeownership, building a legacy of generational wealth and long-term stability. She shared, “I dream of a home where I can exhale, where the air is clean, and where the walls feel like they are supporting my future instead of limiting it.”
