Victor Ortiz is a dedicated and devoted single father of two beautiful daughters, the youngest being a college student. Determined to provide a safe and stable for his family, Victor sought out Habitat for Humanity to help him achieve his dream future.
Since relocating from Puerto Rico to Orlando, Victor has been working tirelessly, holding two jobs to make ends meet. He currently works as an associate in the lumber department at a home improvement store and serves as a sales associate at a local retail store. Despite his hard work, Victor has struggled to afford the high cost of living in the area, residing in an apartment that stretches his budget to its limits.
Victor’s dream is to give his daughters a permanent place they can call home, where they can feel secure and thrive. With the support of Habitat for Humanity, he is eager to embark on this journey towards homeownership and create a brighter future for his family.
