A Note from Our CEO

Thanks to your incredible support this year, I am excited to announce that Habitat for Humanity Seminole-Apopka reached a major milestone! We successfully transitioned from home builder to developer with the launch of Leadership Point, our first-ever community build, in Sanford, Florida. Through your generosity, six deserving families now have the chance to create the neighborhood memories we all hold dear – saying good morning as they leave for work, helping each other carry groceries, and enjoying a Saturday afternoon barbecue together.

When you invest in Habitat for Humanity Seminole-Apopka, you ensure our local community heroes who provide essential services – teachers, healthcare professionals, and police officers – live and thrive where they serve.

As we look ahead to 2025, we invite you to continue your legacy of generosity. Together, we can build more than homes—we can build a stronger, more resilient community.

Though they worked hard to serve their local communities, neither could find safe, comfortable homes they could afford. Through your investment, Habitat for Humanity Seminole-Apopka stepped in and provided the Pachecos and Diazes with forever homes to raise their children without worrying about constantly rising rents or moving out of the communities they know and love.
