As Project Superintendent, Elvyn Sepulveda is responsible for the maintenance of projects in the field. Elvyn oversees the execution of the construction schedules for Habitat build sites, ensuring safety standards are met and proper inspections are completed in a timely manner. Elvyn also helps to support volunteer build days by teaching groups the proper usage of tools and materials on the job site and leading them in tasks such as placing siding or laying sod.
Elvyn has twelve years of experience in the homebuilder industry. He has worked on the cement framing of homes, helping to lay the foundation for homes in Reunion Resorts Orlando. Elvyn has also worked as a construction manager for Lennar Corporation, an American home construction company. Before working in the construction industry, he was a culinary trained chef for fifteen years, working for companies such as Hyatt and Disney. Elvyn’s experiences have led him to excel when working under pressure and become observant and aware of the time management necessary to complete a project.
Elvyn is passionate about helping others and giving back to the community, and he believes in Habitat’s mission of working towards affordable housing solutions.
