Josephine works as the Donor Relations Manager to develop and strengthen relationships with individual, corporate, foundation, and community donors, cultivating long-term partnerships that advance affordable housing. She assists with fundraising communications regarding organization initiatives and leads one of Habitat’s largest signature events: Women Build. In her role, Josephine also spearheads donor stewardship plans and thank-you strategies, while coordinating meetings, tours, and volunteer opportunities for current and prospective donors.
Josephine holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Palm Beach Atlantic University. She brings broad professional experience across human resources, fundraising, operations, and event planning, and remains committed to continuous development and personal growth.
