Construction Administrator

As Construction Administrator, Kirsty manages communication with outside vendors, coordinating inspection requests, ensuring quotes are submitted, and overseeing the receipt and execution of contracts. She also supports the construction process by assisting with permit applications, managing account payables, and organizing project documents. Kirsty’s ability to stay organized and follow-through allows her to effectively support Habitat’s construction team in residential building projects, contributing to the delivery of affordable housing across Central Florida.  

Kirsty brings more than 35 years of experience in construction-related business operations. She spent much of her career with Maronda Homes, where she held a variety of roles including Engineering Supervisor, Customer Service Warranty Specialist, and Plant Operations Lead. Through her professional career, Kirsty developed strong logistical and coordination skills through project planning and collaboration with homeowners, vendors, and supervisors.
