In her role as Construction Administrator, Madilynn Pierre works to sustain office-to-field communication through the requesting and scheduling of necessary quotes, deliveries, or subcontractors. She also spearheads the creation of important contracts between the Habitat affiliate and their construction partners. Additionally, Madilynn oversees the use and function of construction management software, such as RedTeam. Madilynn’s attentiveness to details and effective communication skills allows her to support Habitat’s construction team in their mission to advance affordable housing solutions for Central Florida families.
Madilynn is currently working towards her Associates of Science in Construction Management at Seminole State College. She is dedicated to making a meaningful impact locally while fostering strong, lasting connections. With a passion for the residential construction industry and a deep desire to serve others and make a difference in the community, Madilynn strives to build trust, inclusivity, and a sense of belonging in every project she takes on.
