Tim Behal

Construction Site Supervisor

As Construction Site Supervisor, Tim Behal is responsible for overseeing the schedule, quality, and safety of each assigned build site. He monitors the execution of construction schedules, ensuring projects stay on track. Tim also upholds safety standards and ensures all required inspections are completed in a timely manner. In addition, he supports volunteer build days by teaching groups the proper use of tools and materials, guiding them through tasks such as installing siding and laying sod.

Tim has twenty years of experience in the production and installation of building materials with specializations in doors and windows. He considers himself to be tool savvy, knowing each piece of construction equipment very well, and he enjoys teaching others the proper uses to stay safe and be effective on the job site.

After beginning his journey with Habitat for Humanity Seminole-Apopka ten years ago as a volunteer with his church, Tim has continued to stay involved in the organization’s development projects, and he is excited to transition to a full-time team member.
