In order to reach our community development goals, we encourage the donation of any type of real estateDonating property is easy! Habitat handles all required paper work and pays all transfer fees, recording fees and appraisal costs. As always, donating real estate is tax deductible.
Vehicle donations are one more way that you can support our work in the Seminole County and the Greater Apopka area. Habitat for Humanity accepts cars, trucks, RV’s, vans, SUV’s, boats and motorcycles whether they are running or not. Towing is free!
